What Jobber does well.
- A polished, well-regarded user experience
- Route optimization as a standard feature
- An AI receptionist available as a $29 add-on
- A low entry price, starting at $29 a month
What Rundown adds
The opening, as a first-class record.
An access control installer sells an opening: door, frame, hardware, electrified devices and controller, with its own lead times and compliance constraints. We did not find a mainstream field service product that models it. That is the reason Rundown exists.

Is Rundown a Jobber alternative?
For access control, door hardware and locksmith shops, yes. For most other trades, Jobber is the more natural fit. Rundown does not offer route optimization or an AI receptionist today, and Jobber does.
What does Rundown have that Jobber does not?
A record for every opening, hardware schedule import, a life-safety matrix, lead-time-aware scheduling and live pricing from your distributor accounts. We did not find those in any mainstream field service product we reviewed.
