AI that drafts. You send.
Rundown uses AI for the typing and the reading: turning a forwarded lead email into a lead, a hardware schedule into line items, a pile of job notes into a summary. It never emails a customer or changes a price without a person confirming.
Lead parsing, reply drafts and job summaries are on every plan. Hardware schedule parsing starts on Pro.
What it does
- 01
Lead email parsing
Forward lead emails from Yelp, Thumbtack, Angi, your website or a GC's bid invite. They become leads with contact, service, address and urgency filled in.
- 02
Reply drafts
Suggested replies in the inbox and personalized templates, in the tone you choose. You edit and send.
- 03
Hardware schedule parsing
PDF or text in, openings, hardware sets and items out. Each extracted field carries a confidence level, and the uncertain ones are highlighted for review.
- 04
Job summaries for clients
Completion notes, checklists and photos become a plain-English summary you can send by text or email.
- 05
Vendor product matching
Better ranking of catalog search results and cleaner part number matching when you price an estimate.
- 06
Your data is not training data
Only the fields needed for the task are sent. Nothing is used to train models. You can turn any AI feature off.
In practice
How every AI feature behaves
- 1
It shows where its output came from, and the output is editable.
- 2
Drafts for customers land in a review queue. Auto-send is off unless you turn it on for a specific automation.
- 3
Low-confidence fields are flagged instead of guessed.
- 4
Each action is logged with whether you accepted, edited or rejected it.
