Tracked items refresh overnight. Any estimate can be refreshed on demand before it goes out.

Tell Rundown once that this line is this exact product at this vendor. The next estimate uses it automatically.

Price history and alerts
See how a part's cost has moved, and get flagged when it shifts more than the threshold you set.

POs from the job
Unordered lines are grouped by vendor into draft POs. Send them, track expected dates, receive partial shipments and attach the packing slip.

A procurement board
Every open PO line by expected date, grouped by job. It is what drives the parts chip on the schedule.

Credentials stay sealed
Vendor logins are encrypted with a key for your account and are never sent back to the browser.

Pricing a pasted estimate

Paste an old estimate. Lines with an IML Hot# go to IML and lines with a Wesco CS# go to Wesco.

Everything else is searched at every vendor you have turned on. Results arrive as each vendor answers.
