Every job on the board carries a parts chip: waiting, partial or ready. Drop a job on a day before its hardware arrives and Rundown tells you which part, which vendor and what date.
Included on every plan. The parts chip needs purchase orders, which start on Pro.

Parts status on every card
Procurement status comes straight from the purchase order lines. You see it in the unscheduled tray and on the calendar.

A warning that names the part
Scheduling ahead of a delivery shows the part, the vendor and the expected date. You can override it, and the reason is logged.

Installs in segments
A multi-day install is a sequence: rough-in, hardware, devices, programming, commissioning. Each segment goes to its own crew and day, and moving one does not drag the others.

Day, week, month and list views
Tech columns, filters by tech, job type, status and tag, and a keyboard path for everything drag-and-drop does.

Capacity you can see
Hours booked against hours available for each tech, each day. Overbooking is visible, not blocked.

Reminders that stop when confirmed
Set a sequence such as an email 48 hours out and a text 2 hours out, with confirm and reschedule links.

Booking an install without the phone tag

The approved job sits in the unscheduled tray with a chip that says waiting on parts.

You drag it to Tuesday. Rundown warns that the exit device on the Wesco PO is due Thursday.

The PO is received on Thursday morning. The chip turns ready and the dispatcher gets a task.

You drop the hardware segment on Thursday and commissioning on Friday. Each sends its own reminder.
