Clock in by walking through the door.

Every job site gets a geofence. When a tech's phone enters it, the visit is checked in and a work entry starts. When they leave, it ends and travel time starts. Nobody taps a clock, nobody fills in a timesheet on Friday, and the office sees where the crew is while it is happening.

Included on every plan. The app is distributed to your crew directly, no app store needed.

What it does

  • 01

    Automatic clock in and out

A radius around each site (150 m by default, adjustable per building) checks the tech in on arrival and out on departure. Work time, drive time and time on site are recorded from those moments, not from memory.

  • 02

    Live crew board

The Field page shows who is on site, who is driving, who is late for a window, the stop they are at and the one that is next, with last position, speed and battery.

  • 03

    A day on one screen

For any tech and any day: the route they drove, each arrival and departure against the appointment window, drive and idle time, miles, and the time entries those produced.

  • 04

    Five screens, nothing else

Today, Visit (navigate, call, text, on my way, check in), per-door checklists with serial-number scanning, Complete with a client signature, and Clock. Office work stays in the office app.

  • 05

    Works without signal

Checklist answers, photos, arrivals and departures queue on the phone and replay in order when the network is back. Nothing is lost in a basement IDF.

  • 06

    Honest about privacy

Location is recorded only inside the work window and only after the tech accepts a plain-language notice on first launch. The office sees it; clients never do. Manual check-ins always win and are audited.

In practice

A tech's Tuesday

  1. 1

7:40 AM: opens the app, sees two visits with gate codes and the on-site contact.

  2. 2

8:02 AM: pulls into the first site. The phone crosses the geofence, the visit checks in, a work entry starts, the office board flips to On site.

  3. 3

9:41 AM: drives off. The entry closes, travel starts, the visit is marked done.

  4. 4

Friday: the timesheet is already filled in, with an auto badge on every entry and anything that disagrees with a manual edit flagged for review.
